Adult Programs

  • Dance classes-Bring some friends and get a workout dancing to popular dances. Wear comfortable clothes. Water will be provided. FREE and open to the public.
  • Yoga-All ages and levels are welcome, and open to the public. Please bring your own mat.

  • We are looking for beginners to experienced players to learn or play Mahjong. We will have 2 boards available or you may bring your own board/racks and cards/tiles to play, if you wish. We will be playing the American version of Mahjong, using the 2024 card. 
  • Dr. Hammond's session will be a presentation on stress for the body and soul, and how it affects everyone. She will bring demonstrations of stress relief techniques. Everyone who attends will receive a certificate for attending and learning about stress.
  • Anti-Stigme Training will involve “Removing the Stigma of Substance Use Disorder/Addiction” and the Introduction to Mental Health First Aid: “Putting Mental Health First”. With your help, recovery is possible! Let’s make our community a better place for those who need us.
  • Stephanie Verni is a Marylander, and many of her novels are set in and around Maryland. She will be discussing her latest novel, "The Ones Closest to You". Visit her website: stephanieverni.com.
